Terms of Use
These Terms explain Rewardhub’s role as a recommendation service and the separate role of third-party reward partners.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Rewardhub, operated by Cloud Content LLC. By using Rewardhub, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement where you live.
2. What Rewardhub provides
Rewardhub provides informational comparisons and recommendations for independent third-party rewarded-gaming and task platforms. Rewardhub does not operate partner offers, hold user funds, issue rewards, verify completed activities, or control partner eligibility and payout decisions.
3. No reward guarantee
Recommendations are based on the information you provide, partner availability, and campaign priority. A recommendation is not a promise that you will qualify, earn a particular amount, receive payment, or have activity tracked successfully. Offers, requirements, values, and availability can change without notice.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Rewardhub may receive compensation when you click, register, or complete qualifying activity through a tracked partner link. This commercial relationship may influence which eligible partner is prioritized. Rewardhub aims to present material eligibility and tracking information clearly.
5. Partner services
Partner services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any dispute about a partner account, mission, tracking, purchase, reward, suspension, or payout must be addressed with that partner. Rewardhub cannot access or alter partner accounts or balances.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Rewardhub unlawfully; misrepresent age, country, or eligibility; interfere with the service; automate or scrape it without permission; attempt to defeat affiliate or offer controls; or use the service to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
7. Ownership
Rewardhub, its software, design, text, and branding are owned by Cloud Content LLC or its licensors. Partner names and marks belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use Rewardhub for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Rewardhub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cloud Content LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, current partner inventory, or error-free recommendations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Content LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from Rewardhub or a partner service. Cloud Content LLC’s aggregate liability for claims relating to Rewardhub will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid directly to Cloud Content LLC for Rewardhub in the prior 12 months or 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Suspension, changes, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Rewardhub or individual partner routes when necessary for security, legal compliance, partner availability, or service operation. You may stop using Rewardhub at any time and remove locally stored quiz data by clearing or uninstalling the app.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your location continue to apply.
